uPVC windows under strong sunlight without fading
Key Advantage

UV Resistance

Colours that won't fade, frames that won't warp under Telangana's harsh sun

Telangana receives over 2,800 hours of sunshine annually — among the highest in India. Ordinary materials bleach, crack, and warp. Our uPVC profiles incorporate titanium dioxide (TiO2) UV stabilisers that block degradation at the molecular level, keeping your windows looking new for decades.

UV Stabilisers in Every Profile

We add 8–10 parts per hundred of TiO2 (titanium dioxide) to our PVC compound. This acts as a UV absorber and free-radical scavenger, preventing the polymer chains from breaking down under prolonged sun exposure.

Colour Fastness Guaranteed

Whether you choose pure white, ivory, or premium wood-grain laminates, the colour is protected throughout the profile thickness. Unlike painted surfaces that peel, our integral colour remains consistent for 25+ years.

No Warping or Distortion

Unstabilised PVC can soften and sag in summer heat. Our profiles maintain structural rigidity up to 60°C ambient temperature — well above Hyderabad's peak of 45°C. The steel reinforcement further prevents any frame distortion.

Tested for Indian Conditions

Profiles are subjected to accelerated UV ageing tests (QUV chamber) for 2,000+ hours — simulating over 10 years of Indian sun exposure. Our SKZ Germany certification includes colour-shift measurements that confirm ΔE < 2, imperceptible to the human eye.
